This nuclear agreement or the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action is supported by Britain, Germany, France, Russia and China. The US left the agreement in 2018.

"These issues must be discussed in the JCPOA shells and the Joint Commission must be formed," said a statement from the British, French, German and European Union diplomats, as reported by Reuters on Tuesday, July 9, 2019.

According to a diplomat, whose identity is withheld, European countries have not requested the start of a dispute resolution process, which is stipulated in the agreement.

The Joint Commission is chaired by a senior European diplomat, Federica Mogherini. This commission consists of representatives of countries who signed a nuclear agreement with Iran.

"Iran has stated that it wants to continue the JCPOA agreement. Iran must act according to the agreement and reverse its activities and fully comply with the JCPOA without waiting, "said a European official.

The JCPOA also stipulates that Iran has access to global trade on an agreement to stop the uranium enrichment process. Iran urged Europe to fulfill this agreement amid pressure from the US economy, which blocked the sale of Iranian crude.

Iranian officials have said the Supreme Security Council is considering enriching uranium by up to 20 percent or more. Nuclear bombs require 90 percent levels of uranium enrichment to be effective.

Separately, the Tehran Times launched the Iranian government announcing an increase in its low-grade uranium enrichment stock of 3.67 percent because European countries were considered to fail to meet the 60-day deadline to form a business mechanism that could protect the country from US economic sanctions.

Quoting observers Ellie Geranmayeh from the European Conciliation on Foreign Relations, Europe is somewhat slow in fulfilling economic commitments that have an impact on the implementation of Iran's nuclear agreement.
