Technology that continues to grow allows one to play games with cloud gaming support. Google is one company that provides cloud gaming services via a platform called Stadia.

Reported by Engadget, Tuesday (07/09/2019), you will not lose access to your game on Google Stadia even though the publisher decided to exit the platform. This information is one message that Google revealed in the 'service's FAQ' update.

Google promises that if you have purchased the game on its platform, you will have the right to play it. That means you can still access it even if the time comes that it is no longer available for purchase by other players.

"Outside of unexpected circumstances. Stadia will aim to keep previously purchased titles available for the game," said the FAQ.

In addition, the company has confirmed that Stadia will support multi-player titles (multiplayer), including couch-based cooperatives. In fact, you can use up to 4 Stadia controllers to play local multiplayer games.

Speaking of the Stadia controller, the FAQ says using BLE for settings, but it is connected via WiFi for gameplay. However, you can also connect the controller to a cellphone, tablet or PC via a USB cable plugged into the USB-C port.

Reportedly, Stadia will only support mobile gameplay on a limited number of devices at launch, namely Pixel 3 and Pixel 3a (3a, 3a XL, 3, 3XL), and tablets running Chrome OS. Fortunately, Google says it is working on compatibility for more devices.

The FAQ says, however, the company does not yet have news to share regarding VR support on the platform and you can buy games from iOS 11+ or Android M + devices that can run the Stadia application.
